Even on this snowy spring day we stopped in The Donut Mill for a sweet treat. It looks like they are open from around 5 AM to 7 PM daily. They have been in business since 1983.
The Donut Mill is conveniently located right in the middle of Woodland Park. It takes about 20 minutes from Ponderosa Place to drive to it. They have easy parking in the back of the store. The Donut Mill makes their own donuts fresh daily and had a decent selection of types. They also serve bluebell ice cream, which my kids chose today on a cone.
They also had some hot and cold drinks as well as breakfast burritos. They are also well known for their biscuits and gravy and one best of the year for them in 2011. Stop in if you are having a craving for donuts or ice cream.
